The neighborhood Kärrtorp is 8 min. from the city with the metro. The area is from late '40, a classic Swedish 'funkis' style. The area is very quiet and green. There is a lake and a tennis court not far away from the property. There are several playground for children.
The apartment is on the 2.5 level, also top floor. The apartment is furnished and the kitchen is fully equipped and in good shape. The balcony is enough big for a table and 2-3 persons.
Bed linen, towel, toilet paper, soap, internet access, Cable-TV, water, heating is incl. in the price.
There is a 'tvättstuga', a common place for laundry (for free) on the same street of the building (ca. 60 m).
There is a supermarket, cinema, theater, pharmacy, restaurants, coffee-shops in the neighborhood.

Please pay attention that this is not a HOTEL or HOSTEL with a sign on the facade of the building. It is an private apartment which rents rooms. Bookings only!!!! Once the booking is done I will contact the guest and together arrange for the best way to arrive to the apartment either I wait outside the metro, building, airport or train station at any time or to help with driving directions. This to not bother the neighbors or to prevent unexpected guests. This is a non smoking apartment, but it is possible to smoke at the balcony.

Take the metro green line towards Skarpnäck. Once in Kärrtorp metrostation take the mainstreet Kärrtorpsvägen to the left from the metrostation until arrive to Vikstensvägen 51
