We are a newly opened guesthouse in the heart of Busan. We are a clean and safe guesthouse but also have a fun and cozy setting.
We love people who respect other guests and wish to share traveling tips and cultural experiences.
We provide a great opportunity to mingle and have fun with fellow travellers in a comfortable environment
We'll help you get the most out of your time in Busan. Indy will provide tips, recommendations, travel itineraries and transport routes not just for Busan but all of Korea.
Also we can help you book train, flights, ferry, and hostels when you leave Busan

We are located 150 meters away from 'Kyungsung University & Pukyong National University' subway station. There are many restaurant, cafes, coffee shops, supermarkets, bars within close walking distance. We're also close to many attractions in Busan
* Nearby Attractions:
- UN cemetery, Busan museum, Igidaepark, Gwanganli beach and Mt. Hwangneang
- and we're also close to:
Gwangan Beach& Diamond Bridge(Gwangan Bridge)
are in walking distance
Haeundae area (popular tourist destination)- 15 minutes by subway
Seomyeon (centre of Busan)- 15 minutes by subway

Location is in the downtown, so it is good to play. And Indy is so nice guy,stay once!

* We're 150 meters away from Kyungsung University & Pukyong National University subway station.(Line2, No212) . We're located on the Second floor of 'SewonVilla' building, Suite 201, opposite of 'Vinyl underground'
* Free pickups are available at two different places
A. Call us at the 'Kyungsung Univ. & Pukyong nat'l Univ.' subway station EXIT1
(There're payphones at EXIT1. You need a 100won coin)
B. Go to LZONE cafe, say you're INDYHOUSE Guest

* From Kyungsung Univ.&Pukyong nat'l Univ. Subway station
1. Get out of subway station EXIT 3(next to Pizza Hut), you'll see Pizza Hut, go in front of Pizza Hut and walk towards the starbucks and continue a short distance towards Exit 1
2.- Turn right to get onto the 1st street
(There's big tuna sign. If you walked passed the KT building, you went too far)
- Go straight two blocks. There's Familymart on your right and RUSH Bar on your left.
- The hostel is across the rush bar at the corner
(5 story red brick, has a building sign written 세원빌라)
3. To get in to the main gate, keep going straight half block.
The main gate is under the 'P'sign on your left(opposite of Vinyl Underground)
4. Outside, You can't see the hostel sign, but you can walk up to the second floor.
(You will see the 'INDY' sign and Number '201' on the door)
* From Gimhae International Airport
: There are three ways to get us from airport
A. Limousine(Airport Bus) : 40mins~1hour,6000won, 7:10~21:40
1. Take the limousine to Namcheon Dong
2. Get off at Namcheon. There's Geumnyeonsan subway station.
3. Take the subway to Kyungsung univ& Pukyong nat'l univ station.
B. Local BUS :1hour~1hour 30mins : No english service.
1. Take No.201 Bus(05:00~22:40)
2. Get off at 'Kyungnam Jungbo Dae' stop. There's Naengjeong subway stop(Line2)
3. Take the subway , get off at Kyungsung Univ & Pukyong national univ. stop
C. Taxi(40mins~1hour, 15000~20000 won)
