From the airport:
Taxi from the airport: $5.
If you are travelling with little baggage you could alternatively take the bus. Cross the street of the airport ("Avenia de las Americas") and take Bus number 65 ($o,25).

From the bus terminal:
Taxi: $3 to $4.
If you choose to take a Bus ($0,25) you can take Bus number 65 to "Urdesa" (Watch out there are two Bus lines number 65 one going to Urdesa the other going to Alborada. Ask the Bus driver before you get on, to be sure to get on the right bus).

If you take the bus: Wait till you cross a bridge over a river and get off 100 meters further when you see a Burger King on the right side of the street. On the opposite side of the Burger King is a church, walk to the back side of the church and turn right on the second crossing. Nucapacha Hostal is the 4th House on the right side. You will notice the big front yard.
