About Casa Mia, Goa

Welcome to our luxuriously spacious, elegantly furnished Casa Mia. We offer three independent suites with air-conditioned bedroom with king-sized bed, living room, en suite bathroom with hot water, kitchen with dishes and appliances, maid housekeeping, laundry service, privileged access to a private swimming pool, entertainment centre with satellite TV and DVD, Wi-Fi, car/bike rental and airport/railway/bus station pick-up. Each apartment has an independent entrance and a cook is available upon request.

We offer discounted prices for long-term stays. Car parking is also available, as well as organised trips to Jaipur, Rajasthan and the Taj Mahal.

Located in an upmarket, quiet cul-de-sac off Holiday Street, 300 yards from the most happening segment of the golden sands of Calangute beach, Casa Mia captures the roar of the sea at night without the babble of the beach activities during the day, thus offering unprecedented privacy and tranquillity during your stay. A corner shop with basic groceries is only one minute away, as well as dozens of designer boutiques and handicraft shops.

Casa Mia has the choicest fine-dining restaurants, offering international cuisines, casual eateries offering the best of traditional Goan and Indian food, and even a few 'all-day breakfast' diners, all within a few minutes evening stroll.

Conditions

* All rates quoted in Indian Rupees per apartment, prices available through online booking only.
* No additional service charge. Prices quoted on double occupancy basis.
* Additional person (5 years and above, max 2) - Rs.1,000/- each per day.
* 15% discount for senior citizens (65years +).
* Check-in time: 2pm or later; check-out time : 11am
* Long term stay rates quoted on request.
* Cancellations at least 30 days prior to check-in date do not attract a charge.
* Cancellations less than 30 days will result in two day’s tariff as Cancellation Charge OR one day’s tariff as Change Fee if no refund is involved (subject to availability).
* Deposit: 3 day deposit or 50% for 8 or more nights on booking; balance payable two weeks before arrival.
