- go to the nearest metro station (all train stations are above or very close to metro stations), then take a metro train to 'Puskinskaya'.

From Metro station 'Puskinskaya':

- You should walk 50 meters to the Zagorodniy avenue and then turn to the Bolshoy Kazachiy pereulok and walk 150 meters to the 9 building. Look for the light-grey door with 'Old Petersburg' logo. Press 27B on intercom.
