About Apartments and Rooms Denis
Denis Apartments are situated in Bibinje 5 kilometers away from Zadar. We offers you rooms, apartments, renta-car and cheap taxi company to us.We are registered taxi drivers family.Apartments are situated in a quiet environment and only 100 m from the sea. We have one apartment for 2 persons, two rooms with bathrooms and one private room with small kitchen and bathroom for 4 people, all very comfortable and properly settled. Our place has a 4 km long coast and a lot of beautiful and clean beaches. The beaches are different, there are sandy and rocky, and the sea is crystal clear. In the town during July and August are organizing various events and local festivals. You have a lot of restaurants, pizzerias, bakery, pastry shop and shops.
In our place there is also the largest marina in Europe embracing the surface area of 35 hectares on the mainland, just as in the sea, with its 1200 fully equipped berths, as well as over 500 berths on land.
We have one apartment (studio) for two persons with a small kitchen and bathroom, two private rooms (each for two persons) with private bathrooms and one private room with small kitchen and bathroom for 4 people. Everything is neat and very nice. You have the balcony and terrace in front of the house where you can enjoy the fresh evening air. There is also a barbecue for the outdoors, and in the kitchens have all the necessary dishes and utensils for cooking and eating.Every rooms and apartmans have air conditioning.

We have one apartment (studio) for two persons with a small kitchen inside apartment and bathroom outside apartment, two private rooms (each for two persons) with private bathrooms outside rooms and one private room with small kitchen and bathroom for 4 people. Everything is neat and very nice. You have the balcony and terrace in front of the house where you can enjoy the fresh evening air. There is also a barbecue for the outdoors, and in the kitchens have all the necessary dishes and utensils for cooking and eating.
We also offer rentacar Peugeot 106 D. You can book the car directly with the owner. The price to rent a car in the season (July and August) is 320 kuna, and out of season is 250 kuna. Payment is on arrival in the accommodation.

- the bathroom is not ensuite, is private but is in a different room.
- the shower has not screen so all the bathroom gets wet
- the cleaning was not enough
- the building was very noisy
- the fridge did a horrible noise at night
- the apartment is extremely hot at summer

It's a very good flat to stay. It's very clean and all is newness.
It's very close to the beach and Zadar is at 10 min by car.
It's very cheap. We didn't see the owners but the neighbouring was very nice and helpfull ;-)
It's a very quiet place to stay and rest.
