FONDAMENTE NUOVE BOAT STOP (100 Meters from the flat)

From the Marco Polo airport there is a service boat called 'alilaguna' (www.alilaguna.it) which leaves
every hour at '45 and takes about 40 minutes to reach the Fondamente Nuove boat stop.

Or you can catch the ATVO bus till the venetian car terminal of Piazzale Roma and from
there the boat line 52 (direction Lido) and get off at the boat stop of Fondamente Nuove

We will be pleased to come and pick you up there, therefore we kindly ask you to
give us a ring before catching the boat.

Rialto Bridge is located only 5 minutes walking.
San Marco Square only 10 minutes

Steps away from where we are you can find the famous and romantic Miracoli Church
The Rialto bridge is only 5 minutes walking distance and S Marco Square about ten.

From the flat you can easily reach walking either the Arsenale and the Biennale art exhibition
