About OTA Rialto Apartments

Ota Rialto Apartmnents offer a great alternative to hotel rooms. Visit Venice enjoying more space, privacy and freedom in cosy apartments near the major landmarks.

***Please note that the apartment is located in a different location than our office where the check-in takes place.

***The Office is in Rio Terà dei pensieri 328, 30135 Venice.

You can choose from a variety of one-bedroom or two-bedroom, fully equipped apartments.

Check-in takes place in our central office, upon arrival, you will receive a map and recommendations of most interesting places and how to reach them.

Each apartment contains a fully-equipped kitchen, where you can prepare your own food. Alternatively, it is possible to enjoy meals at some of the many elegant restaurants in Venice. Upon arrival, the staff will be happy to provide recommendations.

Check in and Check out hours:

The check-in takes place in our office and is possible from 15:00 onwards. Latest check out is at 11:00. Arrivals to the office after 21:00 will be subject to a check-in fee of 20 Euro (after midnight the fee will be 35 Euro).

Please advice about arrival time.

From Piazzale Roma (bus station)
When you are on the "Piazzale Roma" square ,look for Hotel Sta. Chiara and go on that part ,look for a yellow signboard , written "S:Rocco –Frari Rialto" , walk through to that direction ,turn right ,and walk straight , cross a small bridge Ponte Tre Ponti "it will lead you to Cà Bernardo o Fondamenta di Tre Ponti, walk at about 50 meters ,and turn to the first street on your right which is " Rio Terà dei Pensieri ,our office is at the left side of the street look for building number 328., doorbell "Edis Real", ground floor ,first door on the right.
From the railway station ( Sta Lucia)
Getting out from the railway station, go to the right direction, walk straight ahead ,and cross a large glass bridge called "Ponte della Constituzione", turn left where you will see "Hotel Sta Chiara", look for a yellow signboard" "S:Rocco –Frari Rialto ",walk through to that direction and turn right, cross the small bridge "Ponte Tre Ponti,walk at about 40 meters, the first street on the right is "" Rio Terà dei Pensieri ", our office is at the left side of the street look for building number 328., doorbell "Edis Real", ground floor ,first door on the right.
