This studio apartment is brand new October 2008. The apartment is located about 4 km from down town Reykjavik, about 2 km from main swimming pool and about 1 km from the main park area in Laugardalur.
It is located in a charming and quiet residential area. Good bus connections to down town. A taxi to go down town would cost about 10 EUR.
About the apartment: It is located on the 1st floor (no stairs) with private entrance. It is about 28 m2 big. The living room area has a sofa and a table. The sleeping area has a double bed (140cm * 200cm). The kitchen is fully equipped. Floor heating which is controlled by the renter.
It is possible for one person (the third person) to sleep in the extra bed.
Babycot can be added at no extra charge.
There is a tiny grocery store only 1 min walk from the apartment open til 11 pm all nights.
The owner of the apartment lives in a house on the same lot.
Please note that the amount due has to be paid at arrival in CASH (preferably Euros). Creditcard not accepted. Paypal is accepted.

Payment: Please pay in cash at arrival. You are free to pay in Euros, US$, British pounds or Icelandic króners.
It is also possible to pay through PayPal. I am sorry, but we do not accept credit- or debitcards.
The key is kept in a code box next to the door so arrival 24h is possible. Please contact us for information about the code.
Check in time is 3pm
Ceck out time is 11am

No smoking or animals allowed in the apartment.
When leaving the apartment: Please empty trash and turn on the dishwasher. Leave key inside codebox.
