This place was OK, we stayed in the twin room as well as the double and both were quite nice. The twin room is very noisy and if you shut the window to block the noise it is then very hot although the fan goes some way to relieving this. The double was a lot more comfortable to stay in with not as much traffic noise. A little bit more attention to detail could be done to the rooms. For instance, there were no bins in the rooms and no surfaces to put anything on.

In a very heart of town, Villa Aramis, 5 minutes from the train station,10 minutes near the beach (by tram) and 5 minutes walking distance to the new pedestrian area with famous local market, offers you 3 rooms quite and cosy.
"Athos" and "D'Artagnan", the two double bed ones with their funny decoration and Porthos the twin yellow beds one, in a typical 19th century Guesthouse.
Here you could enjoy using kitchen plus living room and having breakfast and dinner in a lovely little garden surrounded by wonderful trees under a hundred-year-old "kiwitier"!
Nicolas and his two children will be happy to make you discover the pleasure of "La côte d'azur"!

Overall though it's quite OK but don't stay here if you don't like living in someone's house and sharing the common spaces with them.
