Budget Accommodation Europe Spain Cordoba Bed & Breakfasts Senses&Colours Seneca Hostel
The hostel is very beautiful & clean. It is located near the attraction sites.
However, the hostel is very cold tho the heater is on twice a day and the wi-fi speed is quite low perhaps
because we stayed on the 3rd floor.
The major drawback ithink, is there's no kitchen available.
Located in the heart of the Jewish quarter in Cordoba, once a neighborhood that was the Jewish population of the city, the Hostal Seneca is located in a traditional Andalusian house. Here you will receive attentive and courteous treatment from a family cordobesa.
The hostel has 11 double rooms, with and without bathroom. The center of this century the house forms a courtyard typical Cordoban with roots dating back to Arabic times and impressed by the exuberance in their plants.

A very nice boutique style hostel that has a couple of major letdowns.
The first being the lack of bathrooms. There is only 2 shared ones between the whole place, and downstairs there is a small restaurant so sometimes the people who have walked in off the street for some tapas will see you walking past in your towel
The second is the kitchen. It is just disgusting. It's really weird, like stepping into a completely different building. The hostel has a kinda 'shabby-chic' vibe to it, and then you go into the kitchen and it stinks! There was only one decent saucepan and one decent frying pan. Everything looked filthy and we found cockroaches. The fridge looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while, even though it said they cleaned it out every Sunday.
Everything else here was cool. The roof terrace was nice, the beds were big and comfy and the staff were friendly on the whole. If you're going to eat in restaurants during you're stay then this is an ok place to stay. If you want to cook for yourself, try and find somewhere else until they do up the kitchen.
It is a beautiful place that has been taken good care of. It is a bit noisy, so bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. Staff is not always on location.
