RSSWe arrived at this hostel after a late night flight. After being buzzed in we were confronted by a badly lit staircase, building materials, holes in the wall with layers of exposed wiring. After climbing two flights of stairs we faced another locked door after knocking, we were admitted by a surly very uncommunicative young man who pushed us into our room. The room was very welcoming and clean. We asked about breakfast and after rummaging around in a dark cupboard two pre-wrapped croissants were produced and thrust at us. The room was the noisiest we have stayed in, trams, rubbish collection, constant traffic noise. Our host the next morning was more interested in television and computer and appeared to resent any interruption to these activities when we asked him about finding our way around Sofia. Really glad to leave this place and were so darn grateful we had only booked in for one night. Would not recommend this hostel to anyone at all!!!!!
