Friendly staff. Our group had 2 rooms, and the floors were dirty at check-in. Breakfasts are skimpier than what we are used to at similar-priced hostels in South America, but okay. The website says AC, but only some of the rooms have AC--our room did not.

Universal Hostel has 6 bedrooms,. We are of 2 types: shared and private, have a maximum capacity for 22 people
Our maximum capacity is for 22 people. We shared rooms with 3 bedrooms, 1 room with capacity for 6 persons, 1 room for 5 people, 1 room for 4 people.
In private rooms have 3 bedrooms: 1 double bedroom with private bathroom air conditioning, 1 triple private room with air conditioning, 1 room twins.
Also 4 bathrooms with hot showers 24 hours
Location Information
We are 5 minutes by taxi from the bus terminal, we can also choose to walk the estimated time is 20 minutes but for a city tour bus taking it on the same bus terminal on the outside of it, the bus internal line 6 64 (ujemvi) left us in the street Montecaseros Fray Luis Beltran and a few meters from Hostel universal.
From the airport "the Plumerillo" ride we have about 15/20 minutes

Parking is available for only 1 vehicle.

A little far from center. Washrooms could be cleaner. Noisy until late at night. Breakfast could be improved and more varied. Otherwise, the staff were nice, helpful, bilingual. The room was nice, nice ambiance. Free internet, TV, nice living room and yard. Functional kitchen.
