Housed in a traditional 17th century Moroccan palace with an interior garden, it still belongs to the same noble Fassi family. Ideally situated in the Batha district, within walking distance from the Medersa Bouanania and Moorish blue city door Bab Boujloud, this riad has been recently renovated and nicely furnished in order to become a quality guest house.

All 6 Moorish-styled guest rooms are equipped with air conditioning and heating system, and one of the 2 suites offers a stunning view over the Medersa - or Grand Mosque - one of the most important religious places in Morocco. There is also a roof terrace where to enjoy the greatest view over the Medina, Fez' old town.
