This is a Trusted Review. Why?
I spent two nights at the Paradise Inn in Dec 2011. It is not 5 minutes from central Panjim as was indicated on your site, unless you are running. It has a very modest exterior and the common facilities are only the entrance, also very modest. Judging by my own, the rooms are large but dark, and they have a marble countertop plus a good shower in the bathroom. The AC works well even if the fan does not have a slow or low setting. It does have cable internet in the room that works moderately well.
There was a smell in my room (urine) the first night but the staff were quite meticulous in fixing it so the next night was fresh and fine. The staff were cooperative and helpful. There are no eating establishments at hand, except for one upscale and arrogant restaurant (Viva Panjim) that does not serve breakfast. So I would judge the location to be not desirable, and the facilities offered to be nothing aside from the room itself, which is good. And the service offered by the staff was good. I am unlikely to stay there again.
