This is a modern 65m2 apartment. It can sleep 8 people and is in the main street in Chamonix (Rue du Docteur Paccard).

It is on the 5th floor of the old hotel Lutetia with lift access.

The apartment was totally revamped in 2006. It has all the creature comforts to make you feel at home, with Sky TV, DVD, WiFi and unlimited hot water. There are two bedrooms. One has a double bed and the other has two sets of bunk beds. It is located in the very centre of Chamonix in the pedestrian zone, close to all the shops, bars and restuarants. The bus stop for free transfer to all ski areas is just two minutes away.

We also take a €400/£250 damage deposit on arrival which is given back when you leave.

One final point to note. The Lutetia 3 apartment we also feature shares with Lutetia 2 their own outer door entrance. Therefore it would be possible to book both apartments and create a 130m2 residence. Please contact us for more details.
