About Affittacamere Primavera
Welcome!
We are in the historical centre of Lucca, behind the museum of Villa Guinigi, a short distance from the city walls in an area of the town where cars are permitted. Although sited in the heart of the town we are surrounded by parks and gardens. Also our structure has a large garden equipped with tables and chairs where our guests have the opportunity of relaxing, reading or simply resting in the shade. We also have an internal private car park for the use of our clients (not included in the price).
The structure consists of two apartments each having three bedrooms (single, double and triple) and a bathroom for each flat.
Bedrooms
Our bedrooms, light and airy and pleasantly furnished, have TV and ceiling fans and enjoy views over the gardens of S. Ponziano (the ex-monastery), while our own garden is situated behind the house, a part of an internal park.
Each apartment is equipped with a kitchen for the use, enjoyment and convenience of our guests.
Upon request we are able to offer an entire apartment for rent (four or six persons).
No breakfast is served but guests are invited to partake of a light breakfast of coffee and sweet snacks that we provide.

SERVICES
Private car park: We have reserved a few spaces for our guests in the car park of the collection of buildings where the guest rooms are situated. The price is Euro 5,00 a day.
Use of the kitchen/s : Guests may use the kitchen for the preparation of breakfasts, lunches and dinners. In each apartment there is a small living room with table and chairs where guests may dine or simply relax with a cup of coffee.
Garden: The garden is equipped with tables and chairs where guests can relax, read a good book or dine in the shade of a tree.
Internet: We have free WI-FI internet connection in all rooms and common areas.
Information: we are pleased to offer information and advice about the town of Lucca and the surrounding area, on cultural events in the province (Summer Festival, Puccini Festival, events in Versilia), touring and gastronomic itineraries, on timetables of local public transport.

Once there i was pleased to find a spacious room and very comfy double bed, a kitchen & garden to use anytime and a decent bathroom - with hot water. Very clean, quiet and no interference from anybody. Even the neighbour whose bell i pressed accidentally was very friendly. The breakfast is really basic but good strong coffee works for me so not an issue. I bought a yoghurt and some fruit which I kept in the fridge. Of course anybody expecting a real breakfast included in the price will be disappointed. I'd stay here again.

The room for three persons were small, without air condition. The window went out to the street, noisy from 6.am. The breakfast was bad, everything wrapped inn in plastic (also the croisants an the juice), nothing fresh. All was laying open on or inn the fridge. Some people that came home late ate up half of the breakfast. The bath was very simple.
