The apartment was fully refurbished at the beginning of 2008. There are two separate double bedrooms with one double and 4 single beds. There is also a pull out sofa in the living room. Open plan kitchen is very nice and modern with built in fridge/freezer, dishwasher, el. oven, ceramic hob,extractor fan and microwave. Bathroom is comprising of large shower cubicle, toilet is separate. All tenants can also use a quiet communal garden in the back of the house. Available for midterm rental!!!

A deposit of 30euro is required to obtain the keys. The deposit is retuned when keys are handed back during check out.
