Welcome to Luminn Guesthouse. We are happy to offer you our service. Our Guesthouse locates in Zhaoqing Village,Xingewen alley, Qiyi Street(besides Xing Wen Primary School), old town of Lijiang,a quieter place away from the noisy area,run by a young Chinese couple who both speak English very well and can offer a lot of information on the area.
It is a traditional wooden structure residence of Chinese Naxi style with Dongba civilization.It takes about 7 minutes to walk from the Guesthouse to the center of the old town - Sifang Jie (Market Square).
All ten of our available rooms have comfortable beds, spacious and clean bathrooms with clean cotton bath towel, free toiletries, hairdryer, mirror, luxury shower facilities and 24-hour hot water supply,and are of course equipped with television,free WiFi,wardrobe, electric kettle, two pairs of slippers and classical paintings on the wall; In winter we can provide electric blankets, if needed.
In reception room, we also have cable TV, DVD player, purified water dispenser, public computer. There is a large kitchen at the back of the yard which has many cooking facilities such as induction cooker, gas burner, microwave oven, refrigerator and barbecue pits. Tourists can cook food by themselves(free of charge), dinning with us when holding a BBQ party (30 RMB per people), About the Laundry service: a bucket of clothes is charged 8 RMB.
There is a bar upstairs. It is a multifunctional salon, people can hold parties if they like. We have audio equipment, public computer, TV set, with cheap drinks offers and some board games. The owner of our guesthouse likes holding regular gatherings such as BBQ to make new friends.
Our guesthouse offers the service of tickets booking, both air tickets and tickets for various attractions with a fair and legal price, mostly cheaper than tourists' booking by themselves. We also help to rent cars for tourists if necessary. Detailed tourism information and luggage storage are free services. Tourists can use WiFi, make free domestic telephone call and enjoy the sunshine in the yard.
About the airport pickup service: we do not have a car right now, but we can arrange a mini bus driver to do the job,and he charges 60 RMB for a trip.

Directions
Tourists can arrive here via airline or bus.It takes 8 hours from Kunming to Lijiang via bus,the ticket is about charged in 160RMB. The bus passenger station is not far away from here. When tourists arrive at the station,they can take taxi to Xingwen Primary School which costs 10RMB at most.Our guesthouse is near to a hotel named Crown Plaza（丽江和府皇冠假日酒店）and Xingwen Primary School. （兴文小学）If tourists can not speak Chinese they can say in Pingyin: Qing dai wo qu xingwen xiao xue（请带我去兴文小学).Then we will reach them.
