Conditions
1.Units are allocated according to availability. Requests for specific units will be granted where possible.
2.The unit will be available from 2pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on day of departure. Check-in time is before 5pm(unless otherwise arranged)
3.All departures after 10am will be an extra charge of R100 per hour.
4.All additional guests checked in through the night without payment will be an extra charge of R250 per guest per night.
5.A deposit of 50% is required on confirmation and balance to be paid on arrival.
6.In the event of cancellation, the following cancellation fee shall apply on the full booking:
a. More than 30 days prior arrival : 0% cancellation fee
b. More than 7 days prior arrival : 50% cancellation fee
c. Less than 7 days prior arrival : 100% cancellation fee
7.The owner cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to the property or possessions of any guest, resident or visitor, whether such damage was caused by fire, theft of otherwise or by the negligence or the wrongful act or anyone in the employment of or acting on behalf of the owner.
8.The owner cannot be held responsible for any personal injuries of whatsoever nature, sustained by guest, resident or visitor, whether such injuries sustained by the negligence or the wrongful act or anyone employed by the owner or any other person or by the defective functioning of any apparatus or appliance of the owner.
9.Please note this is a non smoking unit.
10.PLEASE NOTE: OUR OFFICE HOURS ARE 08h00 17h00 MONDAY FRIDAY AND 08h00 12h00 SATURDAY AND SUNDAY.

Take the Stellenbosch/Klipheuwel turn off (R304). Turn right at the stop street and travel towards Stellenbosch. When you enter Stellenbosch, the R304 changes to Bird Street. Travel straight on till you reach the second traffic circle. At the traffic circle, turn left into Plein Street. Travel up Plein Street till you reach a traffic circle. Turn left at the mini circle and continue up the street which now is Van Riebeeck Street. Continue past the Botanical Garden at the four way stop. Cross the stop and the fourth house on your left is Life & Leisure. 20 Van Riebeeck Street. (grey double storey with red wall)

Take the Baden Powel/Stellenbosch turn off (R310) Turn left at the stop street and travel towards Stellenbosch. Travel until you reach a T-crossing. Turn right. At the second robot/traffic light (Shell Garage on your right), turn right again into Dorp Street. Travel up Dorp Street. Turn right into Drostdy Street and right at the T-junction into Van Riebeeck Street. Drive past the Botanical Garden at the four way stop.
