We give them points for cleanliness and location but that's about it. The staff is not friendly unless they were trying to sell you a tour. When we were checking out there was no official bill given, just scribbles on a piece of paper wherein they overcharged us and we had to dispute the amount.

From Airport: It is 30 kms far and takes some 40 mins by taxi
By Bus: The open bus system for tourist is a main one in Vietnam and Nha Trang, they have offices in Hung Vuong street, so from the tourist bus station it is no more than 15 mins walk to our hotel. Shuttle bus from the airport is some 40 mins and costs no more than 3 USD/pax
By Car: Private car/taxi costs around 15 USD/car/way from the airport to our hotel
