Apartment number 103 is a lovely studio located at the 3rd floor (without elevator) of a renewed building in the Pena district.

With wooden roofs, this inviting studio is ideal for 3 persons but can sleep up to 4. From the window of the living room you can enjoy an amazing view of the castle and its beautiful surrounding.

Most of the popular sightseeing spots in Lisbon and main shopping areas can be reached by foot and nearby you have various forms of traditional Portuguese commerce.

It is also at a 2 minute walking distance to the Rossio subway station and to the train station that goes to Sintra.

There are two public car parks 3 minutes walking.

It is 25m2 studio that has been completely renovated to include the following:

- a living room with double sofa-bed and a bed in a mezzanine, sateliite tv and dvd;

- an independent kitchen with all you need (electric stove, microwave, fridge with freezer and washing machine). From the window you can see the roofs of nearby houses;

- a bathroom with a bathtub.

In wintertime it is heated with electric heaters.

UMTS internet connection with USB plug can be provided upon request (10,00€/day).

We will welcome you with a bottle of cold “vinho verde”.

You will also find in the apartment various CDs with typical Portuguese music to complete your cultural experience in Lisbon.

Check-in Monday to Friday from 4PM to 9:30PM is free of charge, except on Portuguese public holidays.

Particular situations:

- additional 30 Euro for check-in from 9:30 PM to 00:00 AM everyday;

- additional 45 Euro for check-in from 00:00 AM to 8:30 AM everyday;

- additional 25 Euro for check-in on Week-ends and on Portuguese public holidays till 9:30 PM.
