The location of the hostel is perfect. Traveling by foot to the Neumarkt is less than 15 minutes and from Neumarkt to the Köln Dom is another 15 minutes. The service staffs are all very friendly and helpful.

About A&O Köln Neumarkt

The A & O Cologne Neumarkt is located in the south western part of the historical city center of Cologne. From here it is only a few steps to Neumarkt - the transportation hub of the city. The main metro and S-Bahn lines come together here. Even the main station and the Kölner Dom are only 2 subway stations apart.

The A & O Cologne Neumarkt has modern furnished single, double and multi-bed rooms with shower / WC and TV. WLAN/Lan is available in the whole hotel as well.

In the reception area you will find our 'Internet Corner' as well as the free guest safe. A bar in the lobby area offers nice atmosphere, low-priced soft drinks, beers on tap and a great selection of freshly mixed cocktails and snacks.

There is a cancellation fee of 100 percent of the first night, should the client cancel the room(s) after the aforementioned cancellation period or in a case of non-arrival. It’s the same for short-term bookings, within two days before arrival.

Any discounts or special offers booked through online booking engines are irreversible.

For groups from 10 people we have special cancellation and payment conditions. Our reservation department will contact you!!!

- 8 weeks prior to arrival date free of charge

- from 55 days to 5 days prior to arrival date 50% of the agreed total price

- from 4 to 2 days prior to arrival date 75% of the agreed total price

- one day prior to arrival date 90% of the agreed total price

We will debit 50% of the agreed total price 8 weeks or less than 8 weeks before arrival from your credit card.
