Take bus 51 from the front of the railway station until the end of the line which is inside the old Brasov, in Schei area.
The hostel is exactly located as image in the front of your eyes when get off from bus.
Or you can rich by taxi, which can cost 10-15 lei, the equivalent of 2 - 3 pounds, or 3 - 4 euros.
