We stayed 4 days in Apartment Tomic before we went to the island of Lopud for 10 days. We had the most wonderful vacation in Kroatia. Ivanka and Niksa are the nicest people and the apartment was clean, good enquiped and very beautiful.

There is a public beach right belov the apartment.

About Apartment Tomic 1

The house is situated in an area, which covers ca. 800 m2, with a wonderful view of the sea, the bay Cavtat and the city of Dubrovnik.

The house is situated in a very quiet area and can be rented the whole year.

Cavtat is just 14 km from Dubrovnik, in a beautiful sea front location.

The air-conditioned apartment has a kitchen with dining-room, living room with divan for 2 persons, separate sleeping rooms with one double bed, SAT-TV, shower/WC, and a balcony and terrace with outside chairs and table. It is located on the first floor.

The distance to a very beautiful beach which is ideal for children is 500 meteres.

The apartment has its own private entrance and there is also a house-owned parking place in front of the house which provides of parking spaces for cars .

Starting point to the Ronlad Brown pathehway is near of a apartment. 120 minutes walk you will find the cross at Stražišæe peak commemorating the death of the American trade delegation led by Minister of trade Ronald Brown killed in the air cruch on their relief mission to Croatia ( on April 3 1996). Up there is a restoran were they prepared local dishes in traditional way

Around, and in direct proximity of the holiday house are several restaurants, purchase shops, Café bars and Discos, Fitness center, several Swimming pools for children and adult, mini golf, tennis places, a center for various kinds of water sports.

The distance of the house from the center of Cavtat amounts to 1200 m.

We are also just 5 minutes from the airport by car.
