Apartment Iva is a stone, medieval house in the old town of Dubrovnik. There is a balcony with a beautiful view of the old town and island of Lokrum.
This is a 3 bedroom house with a nice atmospheric living room on the top floor. It is decorated with many artistic paintings and feels like \'home\'.
All the monuments, beaches, shops, bars and restaurants are at reach. House is perfect for a company of friends of 5-6 persons, or else it is rented separately as just a room for 2 or double rooms for 4 persons.

Conditions
The rooms can be rented either to 2 persons together, to 3-4 persons together , or finally to 5-6 persons members of the same group. Kitchen can be used freely only before a prior request (on the spot) to make coffes, teas or sendwiches. Fridges are availible. Good restaurants and buffet restaurants, as well as good buffet breakfast can be recomended by the owner at your arrival. You wont be disapointed, just ask.
