Stayed there in August with my wife and this could be described as a very lucky strike. Sure it is not a five star hotel, but frankly we have stayed in hotels costing 3 and 4 times as much that were lacking in something or other. This was great from start to finish. The rooms are big, clean and confortable. In fact everything is spotless in this hotel. Staff were very helpfull, management was on the ball and basically it felt good to come back to after a day out. We will definitly come back,

Location is the key to a good holiday and we have a great location 50 metres from the beach and all manners of public transport.

Directions
Travel on Sukhumvit Rd from Bangkok to Pattaya. When you arrive in Pattaya, pass the following major intersections, North Pattaya Rd (pattaya Nua), Centre Rd (Pattaya Klang), South Pattaya Rd (Pattaya Tai). You will need to exit the city limits and travel a further 2 Km passing 2 more major intersections .Theparsit Rd, Wat boon Rd. At the third set of traffic lights you will be at Chayapurk Rd. From Sukhumvit Rd turn right into Chayapurk Rd. go all the way to the Beach. Turn right on beach rd, pass Soi 12 and turn right 50 metres after soi 12 ,(Corner of the Sarita Hotel).You will find Casaviva Inn 50 metres on your left
