We were traveling in a group of 5 adults (2 couples and 1 single) and had booked 3 rooms - 2 rooms with private bathroom and 1 room with a shared bathroom. Upon arrival, we were shown to our room which was a single apartment with extra beds added in - one double bed, one fold out couch and one single foldaway bed. We instantly explained to the owner that we had booked 3 separate rooms but she was adamant that we had only booked the one small apartment for our group.
She showed us her booking sheet from travellerspoint.com and it was clearly laid out that we had booked 3 rooms for the 8th and 3 rooms for the 9th, however no amount of explaining this to the owner could convince her otherwise - she kept telling us that this small apartment was adequate for 5 people and if we weren't happy, to leave as she wants only good reviews and her guests to be happy. We had arrived at 7pm after a big days drive from Dubrovnik and as one of the members of our group is 30 weeks pregnant, we were in no position to go searching for alternate accommodation so instead chose to stay after negotiating a lower price. The owner wanted to charge us the FULL amount (180 euros - she claimed that the 18 euro deposit we paid to travellerspoint never reached her and so we have to pay her the full amount, not the amount minus the deposit), however after much negotiating we agreed on the price of 102 euros in cash for the 2 nights as it was clear we were not given the rooms we had booked. It was much appreciated that she lowered the price as we were not given the rooms we had booked.
The apartment itself was fine, although quite under-equipped - there was no hot water in the kitchenette and only a single dirty sponge which made washing up difficult, no kettle (although we were given one upon request), no bath mat or hand towel in the bathroom and not enough towels for 5 people (although we were given more on request). The apartment was really only set up for 2 people and it was not appreciated having all 5 of us thrown in one room but thankfully our group are all good friends so we managed ok as it was only 2 nights. However, I think it should be noted that it cannot be assumed that 5 members in a group are happy to be all roomed together (literally sleeping cms apart). The bathroom was quite old and had no ventilation (no window and no ventilator in the ceiling) so was very damp & stuffy, and the shower broke on the second night however the owners husband quickly provided a replacement shower head which was much appreciated.
Although we appreciated the owner lowering the price to a more acceptable rate for the room, I would not recommend Apartmani Roko. It was quite a stressful check-in experience and I would not stay here again. It was hard to tell if the owner had overbooked (she was fully booked) her accommodations and that's why she tried to convince us that we had only booked one room, or if she genuinely did not understand the booking sent to her by travellerspoint and believed that it was reasonable to room 5 adults together in one small room. Either way, I would not stay here again based on our experiences.

A lovely property, our room was a double ensuite and had everthing we needed, with direct access to a large sun terrace complete with sunloungers and a table to eat al-fresco.
Marko and Collanda who own the property have now become firm friends and did everything they could to make our stay comfortable, if anything wasn't in the room when we first arrived we only had to ask and they provided it.
A bus runs every hour from Bibinje to Zadar, which we used most days, but we also spent a lot of time enjoying the peace and beautiful surroundings of Bibinje.
There are a few local shops to buy groceries in, one just round the corner from the property, a post office, pharmacy, and several restaurants/bars, but if you are looking for clubs/nightlife resorts such as 'Pag' would be more suitable.
Altogether we enjoyed it enormously and would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday with friendly hosts.

My stay here was perfect. The apartments themselves were clean, the beds all had clean sheets on them, the bathroom was spotless, and the kitchen, which came stocked with plates and flatware, was also spotless. All of the amenities worked perfectly. The service was amazing as well, they answered all of our questions perfectly and helped us with all that they could.

We were not given proper explanation how to find the place.
There were no towels and no hot water in the morning.
Avoid asking were to buy wine as you end up paying hugely overpriced bill for a bottle of cheap table wine without a label offered by the landlady. We felt being cheated.I would not recommend this place to anyone. You can easily find more honest owners as well as better value for money in respect of location, facility and service.
