Just one minute walking from Central Station and Dam Square, in the center of Amsterdam, you find the romantic and quite CityCenter Bed and Breakfast.

In a sweet and typical house from just after the golden area of Amsterdam, Camillo & Joost want to offer you a really comfortable stay.

St Jacobsstraat and the house are very quiet.

So if you want to relax after a full day or a long night, this is the place to be, very close the center.

When you wake up, you can expect a rich breakfast served in your room that has been prepared with great care.

With free WiFi and all tourist information available, you have all ingredients to discover the best that Amsterdam has to offer.

Available for the guests, on the second floor of the house, there are two no smoking double rooms.

The rooms are high and light, with the authentic rafters. You will find enough cupboard space.

These 2 rooms shared our luxurious bathroom with hydro massage and steam sauna shower.

We speak English, Italian, German and Dutch.

TOURIST TAX 5% IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE

We ask a minimum stay of 3 nights in the weekend.

As a bed and breakfast we can't have a 24h reception. Check-in time is on 04:00 pm. Please let us know at what time you want to check in. We expect you then within plus minus half an hour around that time. It can always happen that things go wrong during your travel, then please contact us: +31645160078 and we'll work it out. It can be practical if we can contact you too. If you can reply with your cell phone that would be useful. .

No smoking and no use of hard and/or soft drugs in our house.

Please be quiet after midnight.

You get your own house key so you can come and go as you like.

By Dutch law we are required to register all our guests, by name, profession, nationality and passport number.

You will be held liable for any damage or lost items.

We do our best to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Please realize that you are a guest in our house.

Not obeying the house rules can mean that we have to cancel your stay.

How to come to us from Airport Schiphol:

Take the train to Amsterdam Central Station.
There is also a Schiphol Hotel Shuttle bus.
Ask for the Avenue Hotel and you will be taken exactly to the corner of our street.

By foot :

Outside Central Station go to the right and walk by the taxi stand.
Before the bike parking, go to the left, across the bridge.
At the traffic lights keep going straight and you will enter in a big street: Martelaarsgracht.
Walking down this street, after 100 meters it will split in two parallel streets.
Take the Nieuwezijds Voorburgwal, after 250 meters on your left you will see Sint Jacobsstraat.

By tram from Central Station:

Tram lines 1, 2 and 5. Take the second stop, it's called Nieuwezijds Kolk
