A studio in the historical centre of Brasov. It is situated in the garden of a private house and has a separate entrance. In the studio is a bedroom with a double bed, with a small kitchen , refrigerator, microwave, bathroom with shower, own central heating system, cable TV.

Please notice: The double bed is NOT 2 twin beds! The double room is opening from the kitchen.The bathroom is near from the room, it's equiped with showerbox, towel.There is no extra charge for linen or towels.

There is a terrace and a barbeque place in the garden. Free parking in front of the house.

The guesthouse is located in the oldest part of Brasov, an especially beautiful and quiet neighbourhood, a lot of beautiful nature trails start nearby; 15 minutes walk till the central square , the Central Park of Brasov and the bus station for Poiana Brasov; about the same distance from the main tourist attractions: the Black Church, the Sfatului Square, Tampa Mountain.
