Apartments Stella is definitely a nice, clean place. The owners are very helpful and hospitable, and the apartments have a washing machine that can be used free of charge. If you plan on spending a lot of time in and around the old town, the location is not that convenient. Granted, it might be only 5 minutes away- downhill, if you run, but the climb back up takes a lot longer and is quite arduous. Also, the apartment is 5 minutes away from a bus STOP, not the bus station itself. The bus station, if you come from outside Dubrovnik, is about 3 km away, and it's mostly uphill from there- if you have a backpack, I would not recommend the walk.

We had a wonderful 3-day stay at Apartments Stella. Room was clean and spacious. Bathroom was very clean. Kitchen was huge and well supplied. Free wi-fi access was a huge bonus.

The owners are very kind and helpful.

Location is relatively close to the Stari Grad, but the uphill climb isn't great for people who want to go back and forth between the room multiple times during the day. The walk isn't too strenuous, and is well worth the price/value of the apartment, but it's a consideration.

We were 6 friends staying at Apartments Stella and we were very satisfied and loved the views from the rooms. We were in the rooms that shared bathrooms and I would suggest to couples travelling on their own to rather book the en-suite rooms. It didn't bother us as we were sharing bathrooms between friends. The walk to the Old Town goes fairly quick, although I would estimate this more at 10 mins, not 5. The walk back up the stairs is quite exhausting though, but you can easily jump in a taxi at 50-60 Kuna from the Old Town.

Overall a lovely stay and definitely value for money - the hosts were very friendly and gave us a warm welcome and also offered to take us to the bus stop for our journey to Split. Added bonus is free internet as long as you have a laptop.

We stayed one night and everything perfect.The room is big and the views from the balcony incredible.The owner very helpful and kind with us.The only problem is that is a bit difficult to find the apartment by car.But everything ok.Thank you

This apartment is the best we had in Croatia !

It's a very clean and well located flat. The rooms are really big and the bathrooms as well.

You can stay there for a long time, you will have a lot of space and a view to the old town and the sea from the balcony!

The owner is very nice and helpfull.

It's very cheap for what it is ! You can use it with your all family.

The only advice we can give to you is to call the owner when you arrive in the area of the flat because you can't go in front of the flat by car, it's very difficult to find the first time (free parking at 2 minutes).
