About Vienna Imperial Apartment

We wanted to prepare our apartment that fits its name Imperial Vienna. We hope to give it some touch of Romantic Vienna as well.

We collected few antic viennise objects and put it into the flat as guardrobes, lamps, etc. As well as this the apartment has well separated rooms and a big bathroom. Good double and single beds, modern kitchen appliances, the living room with LCD TV, satelite, wireless internet, all are provided.

All that will make your stay in Vienna comfortable and will make you return again and again.

Herminengasse itself is centrally located, the flat is very quite all day long. The flat windows facing to south. There is a complete silence which is hard to find in that district.

Inside apartment
Vienna IMPERIAL Apartment is 90 sq.meters flat. It sleeps 6 or maximum 7 persons comfortably, it is composed of 2 bed rooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom and entrance:

Master bedroom
full size bed (180 sm) with romantic outfit

Second bedroom
2 separate beds, wardrobe, comode

Living room
This room is the place where you can enjoy altogether a dinner around the table for 4-6 people.
Comfortable sofa-bed for 2 people is expandable for the night, extra bed can be installed here at your request.

Room is equiped with:
flat TV, DVD and satelite
fast wireless internet
wardrobe, comode, side board

Kitchen
It is well equiped and fomfortable for a small breakfast.
Appliances: gas oven, microwave, big frige, dish washing machine, extra lights, breakfast table (for 3-4 people)
Toaster, coffee machine, kettler, dishes, cooking appliances, kitchen towels are all provided.

Bathroom
very spacious with big bathtube
Washmachine and separate dryer installed
Hairdryer is provided
towels are provided in the bathroom for you as well.

Entrance and etc.
- entrance corridor with bench and big mirror
- small wardrobe room for luggage and coats
- entrance door is secured with special keys
- safe box is installed into apartment

Bed sheets and necessary blankets are cleaned and prepared.

Notes:
- all electrical equipment and gas heating are modern and conform to EU safety regulations. Nevertheless, please safeguard usual attention and use them carefully!!!
- basic consumables are provided in the bathroom: liquid soap, toilet paper

*** By airport BUS (approx. 35 minutes):
If you are coming from airport, we advise you to take a direct bus to Swedenplatz.
Public airport bus runs every 30 minutes (costs 6 Euro, round trip 11 Euro).
Please be sure to take bus driving to Swedenplatz/Morzinplatz !!!,
it is just 20 minutes trip.
From there it is just a 5 minutes walking distance to the flat - please print our map,
streets are narrow but it is easy to find the way.

15-20 minutes trip costs 30-35 Euros
