About Edi's Sea View Rooms (Old Town)

Welcome to Dubrovnik. Edi's Sea View Rooms are located directly on the Pile Beach (Old Town), 50 meters near the historic part of Dubrovnik city center.The first guest house has been recently renovated and everything inside is new. All rooms in house have Air Conditioning. All the rooms have also king size beds..fridges.. free wi-fi..every room in house have a private bathroom..inside the room.Also there possibility to put 1 extra bed in some rooms.

Please keep in my minds that sea view rooms are on request so before or after booking always contact friendly owner Edi who will help you and give you the sea view room if available and will do anything to make you feel home in he's house and in the city of Dubrovnik.

Also we have free WiFi and Lan connection.

Our guests are always very happy with our accommodation and friendly atmosphere and that is why they always leave satisfied and they always recommend us.

Edi will always organize for you day trips to Elafit Islands,Mostar,Montenegro,Korcula.

Also to rent kayak,scooters,bike's car's Edi is always there for you.

Our guest house is just 30 seconds walking from the beach, old town main street,from grocery store, internet coffee, restaurants, galleries, historical monuments and numerous cafes and bars. We are sure you will enjoy Dubrovnik and our guest house.City center of Dubrovnik is a place were you can have anything you want from a vacation from fun, culture beautiful nature and romantic touch. Friendly owner Edi will help you any time with anything, they call him a walking travel agent and he is always around the house and there for you,speaks very good English and German. Please note that payment on arrival is in cash..euro's,am.dollars or croatian kuna's.We do not accept Credit Card payments.

About the accomodation : we were extremely lucky as we got a room with sea view and a really nice balcony to enjoy the sea view as well. This only made it worth staying at Edi's, because the view was amazing and we could hear the water..... But we had to share the bathroom. In the morning, I was not able to get hot water : Edi blamed it on the fact that someone might have accidentally turned off the hot water button, but I am pretty sure it was on...
We payed 80 euros for 2 people for 1 night, and for this price we were quite disappointed that we did not even get a coffee...but well, overall it was an awesome stay;

This property is in a great location right by the old town. However, the 'sea view room' are only on request. If you do not get a sea view room you are relegated to a back bedroom with no view and very little space. We were woken before 8am each morning (sat and sunday) by the owner or the cleaners, and awoke periodically during the night to the sound of the communal toilet outside our bedroom.
The fixtures may be 'new' but they are faulty - the door handle broken, the pillows lumpy, the sealant bubbling and imporperly fitted.

all in all, if you are looking merely for a room then this is a great locaiton. if you are expecting a sea view or quality for money, then you will be dissapointed.

Overall stay with Edi was fantastic...

from meeting us up at the bus stop to showing us where free parking was to his advice on the town in general.

Edi you made our stay in Dubrovnik memorable and fantastic thank you.
