About Mare - Rooms for rent
Our Dalmatian style guesthouse is located up to 5 min on foot from the main bus station. On the upper floor of the house we offer 2 comfortable bedrooms with great views and each can accommodate up to 3 person, and 1 ensuit bedroom with private kitchenette and air condition/heating.
There is a common terrace and on it is self catering summer kitchenette convenient for the guests to make meals and then to seat and enjoy in the meals under the natural shade of thick vine trees. The views from there are very relaxing and looking over Elaphite islands on the west, and Gruz bay on the east.
Our property is ideal for those who like casual places and homely atmosphere.

We accept arrivals 24 hours, but check in from 12:00h or as soon as the rooms are ready.
Check out at 10:00h
We also offer airport transfer and laundry service for extra charge.

I was traveling alone, would just be arriving in Croatia, and needed a place to stay for the night near the bus station. I booked this accommodation on line and wondered what i was getting into. Natascha could not have been nicer. As she'd been out for the day, she'd left me a note with all the info I needed...but she'd managed to get home in time for my arrival. She took time to time to orient me to the area. There are nearby stores and restaurants, so it was easy to get a small dinner together, use the kitchen facilities, sit outside in the lovely patio with a harbor view, and have a great night's sleep in a clean, neat room. While it was no frills, it was exactly what I was looking for. Cathy

We stayed for 1 night and enjoyed our first night in Dubrovnik. Natascha and her mum were very hospital and welcoming, explaining places to see / go to in Dubrovnik. Greatlt situated for the bus and ferry's if you want to island hop. Only downside was there was no air conditioning in the room, otherwise perfect and great value.
