We stayed here for three nights and were extremely happy with the room and value for money. Location wise Room Gradac couldn't be any better - two minute walk from the old town/city walls and right next to the beach where the locals and some tourists swim.

About Room Gradac
Room Gradac is situated in the center of Dubrovnik, only 200m from the Old town, 50m from the sea, below Dubrovnik's oldest and most beautiful park Gradac, where you can enjoy in a shadow of pine trees.
Totally renewed and redecorated, it has own entrance, double-bed (matrimonial), bathroom with shower, air-condition (cooling and heating), big-screen tv, sat-tv, hi-fi, dvd, fridge, coffee-machine and terrace with view on the Old city walls.
Room is equipped with double bed (matrimonial), bed-clothes, bedspreads, sheets, towels and hair-dryer.
Near by is situated American Colledge for Management and Technology (ACMT), Inter-university center (IUC), hotel Hilton Imperial, bus & taxi stops.
Old city, monuments, museums, restaurants, disco-club, cafes, post-office, shops are only 2 minutes walk from the room.
You also have 2 beaches only 50m away.
All taxes are included in price.

Location wise Room Gradac couldn't be any better - two minute walk from the old town/city walls and right next to the beach where the locals and some tourists swim. The family that run this accommodation were very friendly and helpful and the room was clean, had excellent bathroom facilities and even a large TV with satalite tv!!
We would definitely recommend this place or stay here again on future visits to Dubrovnik

Directions
Room Gradac is situated only 200m from the Pile (western gate of the Old city), taxi and bus stops.
If you are arriving with car, just turn first street left from the Pile, Room Gradac is right there.
If you are arrivin with bus, take off at Pile, go up the street and turn left at Dante Alighieri street ( cafe Sesame) and Room Gradac is few meters away.
