The only way this place could qualify for 4* would be that it has 4 floors. Last morning I was asked to pay $3 at the reception to post 6 post cards for me, at breakfast there was a constant noise from the builders upstairs, where they are trying to finish 81 bedrooms. The only concession to western tastes was an egg counter with a choice of 3 styles, fried with 2 eggs in a frying pan, omelette with 2 beaten eggs folded in a frying pan or scrambled, with 2 beaten eggs stirred in a frying pan.
Interesting journey to the airport. I had a guide and driver in the hotel car, we had to call at three garages before they could find one to accept their paper chit signed by the hotel manager, even then they only put $10 worth in the tank. The guide was really helpful, he only spoke to me when I asked what was going on with the garages and was no help in getting a luggage trolley at the airport. He should go far at the hotel.
