We did not stay at Hostel Sweet Hostel because they had no room available for us when we arrived allthough we made a prepayment of 10%. The explanation given was very vage and they did not seem to care at all. Actually we found them quite arrogant. They did arrange another hostel for us which was good, but they pretend the prepayment was going to the other hostel we would be staying at. We found out this was not the case. We went back to get our money. The manager had to decide who was not there so we had to come back the other day................
That night we sent an email to the hostel an a copy to hostelbookers. The other day when we went there we received our money without any problem. But the fact that we had to go there twice...........
Our idea is that they fill easily because they are on various booking sites and in the Lonely Planet. This Makes that tehy don't really care about their guests. We will never ever go there again.

Was good is all areas, but not amazing. Was perhaps let down by the seemingly indifferent staff. Barbeque was good value, despite running out of the all-you-can eat food.

The brand new private rooms and dormitories are richly decorated with local artisan crafts. Most of them include air conditioning, en suite bathroom and comfortable new mattresses.Private rooms are furnished with plush mattresses, box springs, and some of them has cable TV, and the most importante thing, you'll be able to sleep without noises.Each day begins with a complinetary hearty breakfast (Ham, Eggs, Corn Flakes, Milk, Bread, Butter, Jam, Fruit, Coffee, Tea, and Juice) by the swimming pool. Later enjoy reading, relaxing or drinking a refreshing cocktail in a hammock.A fully equipped kitchen allows guests to prepare their own meals throughout the day. Travel agency, & free wifi even in some of the rooms are available as well.Our Staff, included me, the owner, provides the most ideal place to chill out and enjoy your stay. We are pleased in giving you advice of what to do . Almost every night we prepare a big barbecue for having a good time and for you to enjoy your stay at the waterfalls lands.
