Traditional house of the Cabañal district in Valencia (year 1927) totally redecorated and well-equipped to stay for days, weeks…in a quiet area near the beach, the Port America\'s Cup and the City of Arts and Sciences. Ideal location: close to the subway line: harbour-airport, buses (1-81-31-32-N1-Metrorbital) and just 3 minutes walk from the train station.

Dining-room lounge with Wi-fi area, 2 bathrooms, roof terrace (55 m2) with shower and barbecue for the summer and a shared room for 8-10 people maximum (wooden penthouse).

Neatly decorated for a friendly and pleasant stay. Ideal for people who is looking for peacefulness and the healthy atmosphere of a rural house within the city.
