About House Ivanovic
Our house is located close to the city centre, in a quite area. The city center is within 5-10 minutes walking distance!
Our house is located close to the city centre, in a quiet area. The city centre is within 5-10 minutes walking distance. We have apartments and rooms above our family home. Everything is air conditioned and during the winter there is central heating. Each of our guest has 30 minutes free internet access during the day. Each guest with a personal computer has internet access all day to 10 hours of the evening. Air-conditioning is not included in price, if you wish to take it; it is 5.00 euro per day, per apartment or room.
We also sell homemade olive oil.
To our guest we also offer you a discount in renting scooters, the fuel is not comprised
Please note: Check out time is 10:00 AM and check in time is 13:00 PM or earlier if it is possible or later any time during the day. Please call me when you arrive in Hvar.

Apartments and rooms are newly furnished, built recently. Every apartment has bedroom, kitchen, balcony, TV-sat, and we provide parking. The bedrooms have their own bathroom , fridge, TV-sat, balconies and kitchen to share. Everything is air-condditioning.Air-conditioning is not included in price,if you wish to take it,it is 5.00 Euros per apartment or per room per day.
Location Information
When you come to Split, katamaran takes you directly to town of Hvar. DIRECTIONS - how to get to the bus station: In the harbor you will see in front of you up on the hill an old castle. Go straight towards it, turn on the right towards the church, and keep on walking straight.
Behind the church there is large supermarket "Konzum", and next to on your left there is a bus station. You can give me a quick call when you get there and I will pick you up. There is telephone booth, you can buy telephone card in market, or at the “Tisak" newsstand.
From Split you can also go to Stari Grad, which is our central port. Bus or taxi takes you directly to the bus station in the town of Hvar. Again, you can call me and I will pick you up.

Couldnot have been made more welcolme by our host Invana.
The house is beautiful located with a fine view of hvar .The apartment was well appointed and we were 5 minutes to the centre of town but the area was nice and quiet.
Ivanas recommedations for places to eat and drink were very good and we had some fine seafood meals in Hvar for very good prices a fraction of the cost you would pay at home.
We will be back next year

It was very clean and tidy. We shared a kitchen with one other room, but had it pretty much to ourselves anyway. It is an easy 7min walk down hill to the main square and port. We had a nice balcony with some great views. It is very close by to a supermarket and bakery.
The owner was so helpful, friendly and considerate. She met us at the station on arrival and dropped our bags off to us when we were due to depart. She went out of her way to make us feel welcome and ensured we enjoyed our stay.
I would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting to stay in Hvar.
