About AAE Chateau Lodge

Enjoy the beautiful resort town of Park City for the half the price! Located right next to main street, you can walk to ski lifts and all major restaurants and attractions. Enjoy meeting other backpackers in our cozy common area where everyone gathers around the large indoor fire place! Our locally owned AAE Chateau Apres Lodge has friendly staff who cater to the guests! Enjoy the deluxe continental breakfast in the morning, take a hike in the mountains or take the free transit and see all of Park City sties and then come back in time to get cozy around the fire place! What more could you want?

Please note there is a 3 night minimum stay.

Important: Please note: Guests will be pre-charged the entire amount at the time of the booking. No refunds for cancellations or changes unless it is 30 days prior to arrival. Failure to cancel within this time will result in the full amount charged. Even with a cancellation 30 days prior to arrival, guests will still be assessed an additional $50 cancellation fee. Listed Rates do not include local city tax of 10.4% and this amount will be added to your total. You will be sent an additional confirmation and receipt email by the hotel, so please check your emails and confirm you have received it.

These policies differ from typical hostelworld policies, so please make sure you review and understand what is listed here before booking. Exceptions cannot be made.

1. Payment Policies
The deposit and service charge are required now to confirm and guarantee your reservation, the remainder is ALSO DUE AT THE TIME OF THE BOOKING AND A RECEIPT WILL BE EMAILED BY THE HOTEL. If you do not respond to the email we send verifying this payment, your reservation will be canceled and deposit lost. Deposits are non-refundable and form part of your total accommodation cost.

2. Cancellation Policies
Please note that any cancellations or changes must be notified directly to the hostel at least 30 DAYS IN advance of your scheduled arrival time, otherwise the TOTAL AMOUNT will be charged to your credit card. IF YOU CANCEL PRIOR TO 30 DAYS OF YOUR ARRIVAL, YOU WILL STILL BE ASSESSED A $50 FEE.

3. General
Please note that you are contracting with the accommodation provider in respect of your reservation, and not with hostelworld.com. hostelworld.com is facilitating your contract with the accommodation provider through use of its booking system. Please print a copy of this booking form and the Terms and Conditions and retain them for your records.
