There are rooms available with 1, 2 ,3 or 4 beds and apartments have 2, 3, 4 and 6 beds.Each bedroom and apartment has a bathroom ensuite with shower, air condition and heating.Seven rooms have own terrace or balcony and 3 rooms on topfloor have 17m2 sharing balcony. Every room has access to fridge & kitchen. Some of the rooms have a view of the sea and islands in front of the town of Hvar. Guests can also avail of the fully-equipped shared kitchen or own kitchen and lounge.For winter period: we have central heating.It is free.Every room has a fan.To use fan is free.Every room has Air-condition. To use Air condition it is 5.00 Euro per day per room.SPECIAL: 30 minutes free internet access dayly.FREE INTERNET - Web Access and WiFi.We have no curfew,no lockout!Free short term luggage storage.It takes about from 10-12 minutes to get to the centre of town, and 3 minutes to reach the sea and beaches./main city beach- AMFORA BEACH RESORT and 2 minute for HULLA HULLA BEACH BAR/. SPORT UND TENIS center are 250 m far. Market with food and drinks are just 30 m far.There are many amenities just a short walk away including an indoor swimming pool with sea water, a gym, bowling centre, sauna, massage and fitness centre and tennis courts.*We are not a 24 hour party hostel. KItchens and terraces are open till 11 pm (due to Croatian law). After this, guests are kindly requested to leave the property / and go out and to discover Hvar night life/ if they want to continue with their group gathering and partying so other guest can sleep in peace. * All the rooms in house are private rooms and no visitors are allowed./exception only:when neccesary and justified with previous permission of menager of the house.*Try to include your mobile number so we can reach you on arrival day. Location is very poor - its a 15 minute hike from the city centre. I recommend spending a few more kuna to stay closer to the city - it is totally worth it! The rooms smelled musty and moldy but that reflects its cleanliness. Very grimy and gross. The "free internet" was a laptop they would set out for you to use - but they acted annoyed and inconvenienced when we requested it. I didn't bother asking again. They advertise a free breakfast but that's a lie. The only thing worse than the location is the staff. Very cold and unfriendly. We must have caught them on a bad week because they were awful--very rude and unhelpful. You can spend the same amount of money to stay in a better location, with cleaner rooms, with a friendly staff. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
