I was unfortunate enough to have booked and stayed at this hotel. I had emailed once I had made the booking and explained that my flight arrived at 7am, and could I please make arrangements to drop my bags off about 8am and I would then check in later in the day - this was I was told no problem at all. However when I turned up just after 8am, I got told that they weren't open and to come back at 10am, I explained that I had pre-warned them that I was coming early and that she said it was ok. The serioulsy rude look I got from the woman was horrifing. I should have hot footed it out of there then and there. I booked a studio apartment and was horrified to find out that it meant I had to share a bathroom with the room next door. THIS was not what I was expecting, or at $109.00 AUD per night was what I would get. When I had the receptionist up on this, she "conveniently" couldn't find my booking that proved this is what I has booked. I however had my booking confirmation with me and it said nothing about sharing a bathroom, but she said that this confirmation was incorrect - hmmm It came from her, showed what I had booked, the amount I had paid, the credit card number used, date I was arriving and leaving - but yet it was wrong - sorry just can't figure that. I asked to cancel my booking as I wasn't happy and could I please have a refund - but any cancellation had to be within 48 hours otherwise no refund was avaiable. So I put up with the shared bathroom issue for one night. I went to use the limited range of crockery that was there, it was dusty and had hair on it. Yum lovely and clean, I went to wash it but no washing up liquid or tea towels. NEVER stay at this place. They staff are rude and very unfriendly and will yell at you to get thier point across. They forget they are dealing with paying customers and we don't have stay there. You have been warned - STAY AWAY
