Conditions

Please tell us exact time of arrival at the Posada. Picalu does not have a porter service.

-No electricity nor gas charges will be asked, so we ask you to please save on fans and air conditioning where you leave the rooms.

-Children under 12 months do not pay;
-children under 10 admitted in parents bed
-min stay 3 nights in high season and 6 nights in peak season

Possibility to ask extras as

-dinner or lunch
-external laundry cleaning ;
-extra cleaning of room & bathroom towels on request, we clean your bathrooms every day, your room weekly.
-taxi service from/to airport;
-organization of tours;
-pets not allowed (exceptions must be authorized by the Owner)

Payment is due in advance. For online reservations, Payment in cash is due upon arrival at the Posada.

A guarantee deposit of 300 usd$ will be due at consignement of keys and will be returned if there have been no damages, after inspection on exit date.

No other guests outside the booked ones are authorized to come or sleep in the rooms rented.
