We have a deception: it's not a B&B, is a hostel. Good ubicated, good decoration, but not relation with owner.
We sent an e-mail the day before arrive, saying our time arrival and our reservation dates.
When we arrived at the B&B, no one was there. We phoned at the chec´k-in number indicated in the street-door, and in five minutes arrived a girl (she wasn't the owner). She asked us like she hasn't our reservation: shared bath-room, or private? one or two beds? She has not readed our mail.
After, she showed us the bed-room and how the breakfast is served. All things are there, and you can eat as you want in the morning time.
One of the days, there are not "mortadela", and we had saw the night before there wasn't, so, they don't repase the breakfast all days.We only saw that girl, and only when we arrived and the late day (we stayed for 4 nights).
That's the negative note: the null relation with the owner.
All other aspects was correct.

This B&B was in a very good location only a few minutes from the centre and the Arena, the owner was extremely friendly and helpful, even lent us cushions for the opera! The breakfast is very generous, I would definitley stay there again.

Me&my boyfriend were staying at this B&B last week and we highly recommend it for the other potential guests. We were travelling by train in Italy, so we found the location of this B&B to be perfect, as it was not far from the train station, and - Arena, followed by other hot spots of Verona.
The cheerful owner of the B&B provided us with a map of the city and gave some very useful info.
Our room with the shared bathroom was very spacious, clean&tidy. As we have been the only guests on the top floor at that time, we could easily use the bathroom whenever we wanted.The breakfast was served downstairs, though we have to eat it in your room, which in my opinion is great. Some snacks(cookies, croissants, jams) have been offered to us when we arrived (I mean we found them in our room

Thank you, for our stay, the bed and breakfast is very nice, totaly new furnished, just 3months in service, with lovely kitchen downstairs and hudge bathrooms. Today are only 2 rooms ready, but when it whole will be done, it will be one of the best, we have ever been. The owner is young, amiable guy, with two perfect dogs, and even though he forgot to complete our breakfast, it was the best stay of our trip around Toscana. Good Luck, if we will visit Verona again, we will stay in Vicolo 22 for sure!
