The Maneger was very nice and gave me a worm welcome.
The singel room was clean but very small and the window as well .
In general it is a nice place for the value of what you pay.

Temple Residence is located 5 minutes walking from the train station Sants, and near FC Barcelona.Cleanliness and calm environment. We have single, double and triple rooms, all with access Internet WIFI (free).Near everything: train station Sants, bus and metro: 5min. Pl Espanya y Fira de Barcelona; 10min. of Pl.Catalunya, Sagrada Familia, la Pedrera, Casa Batllo.Access to the residence: open 24h (there is no curfew).Included: bed linen (towels are not included). Access Internet WIFI.Not included: soap, gel, hairdryer and towels (we can rent the towels).Payment: only cash.Facilities:- Inside the room: safety box (previous rent).- Service of laundry (previous payment).- Towels (previous rent).

The place was really nice for such amount of money. The rooms were clean. Location is good. The customer service great. Helped us to make objects check list, which we should definitely see. Explained how easier get there and so on.
Next time when I will be in Barcelona I will come back to Temple Residence.
