Bed & Breakfast Il Salotto di Firenze stands in the heart of Florence, within the historical architectural backdrop of Via Roma and Piazza della Repubblica, directly facing the Duomo, Battistero Florence's historical center charming scenery.
The Palace, which houses the b&b is located in one of the most ancient Florence city streets. It is located at a 5 effective steps from Duomo Cathedral and a few steps form the major attractions and museums of the city.
The restoration, to develop the B&B-Il Salotto di Firenze respected the structure and nature of the building. It was designed to include an adequate number of bathrooms, sleeping areas and a common area and the various facilities required by the current housing needs. Were kept in the old decorations on the ceilings. All the floors are precious Tuscan oak. The finishings that characterize the apartment, also in the style chosen for the decoration of the baths, are in perfect harmony with the set and the typical Florentine.
In this old building, we have at the first floor (with elevator) At B&B-Il Salotto Di Firenze, each room is equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi and wired Internet available with your own laptop (We provide You the Ehernet cables required), DTB TV, luggage-based, minibar, safe deposit box in each room.without losing touch with modernity, the new demands of our time and with maximum comfort.
Our rooms, as our Bed & Breakfast, are dedicated to Macchiaioli artists who lived between 1800 and 1900 that have affected the culture of the Florentine and Pre-Impressionism movement.
Our B&B indoor is characterized by great attention to details: elements of design, precious fabrics and luxury finishes, typical florentine furniture .

A beautiful room, in an unsurpassed location. Located right next to the Duomo, I don't think I've ever stayed anywhere more central in all my years. You'll never get lost - just look for the biggest landmark in the city, and it's right next to it!
The rooms were clean, and facilities were nice. Staff were also very helpful - though they seemed to only have people there during the mornings - which can be a pain when wanting to check in/out late.
All in all, it was a great place to stay for a fantastic price. I'll definitely reccommend it to anybody going to Florence!
