Really nice people who spoke english running the place. Warm, freindly and relaxing stay. English speakers a big advantage
Great value for money, helpful staff, good facilities & services. Only downside was the 5 dogs in the house (though this was apparently temporary).

Payments
You have made an online reservation, where you paid a non-refundable deposit of the total price of the booking and a booking fee. Residencial Uno can not refund your deposit or booking fee under any circumstance. The balance of your booking is payable upon arrival.
Cancellations
All cancellations must be informed 24 hours before the arrival date. In the event of a no-show or late cancellation, Residencial Uno has the right to charge the first night accommodation.
In case of a shorten stay, Residencial Uno will only recognize the deposit you have made on the nights that you have stayed in the hostel. The deposit from the remaining nights is not-refundable and can not be used as discount credit.

Directions
From the Bus Station: Take Córdoba St. one block to the right, turn left and go two blocks up the hill on Belgrano St., then turn right and the hotel is 50 metres across the street.
From the Airport: You can catch a minivan service that will drive you to the entrance of the hostel. (ARS $ 15 per person). If you prefer to take a taxi, we can send you a safe car to pick you up (ARS $ 70).
