During the summer Rovinj is a city full of life. As you walk through the streets in the early and late evening, even very late, you will meet a variety of people walking, talking and sitting in one of many restaurants, cafés, pizzerias and inns, or searching for the spirit of some ancient times in the labyrinth made of stone, through the narrow streets of the old city..But you should also take a look at the beautiful old town of Rovinj, the Colosseum of Pula and the many other attractions in the surrounding area!!!
Choose Rovinj, and you find clear azure sea, jagged and varied coastline protected by dense vegetation, as well as rich underwater. Long, sun-drenched beaches, coastal bicycle paths and jogging tracks.

We are a family operated guest house who offer you accommodation.
You can choice apartment, or only room. In all apartments is kitchen with refrigerator and TV-Sat .
All our rooms is with one marital bed in room, but we offer also, triple and quad rooms, all of which are en suite.
Rooms are available from 3 p. m., if you arrive earlier, you can leave the luggage in our house. In the meantime you can take a look to the centre of Rovinj
!Please note that if you do not cancel at least 3 days in advance you will be charged for one night
Check in time is 15.00 p.m.
Check out time is 12.00 p.m.
One apartment for 3-4 people is adapted for people who use the invalid chair.
Residence tax is not included in the price, is payable when you arrive at the property. ( 7,50 kunas daily for adult person)

Conditions
We are kindly asking our guests to follow these regulations:
The guests are expected to take care of inventory and installations, switch off lights and electric sets and the water spigots when do you not need them; otherwise the damaged must be reimbursed.
The visitors can be received only with the house-lord's consent.
On the arrival day check inn after 15 .00 o'clock
On the departure day leaving the rooms until 12.00 o'clock.
Be silent and do not disturb the other guests and neighbors in time of the daily rest from 15.00-17.00 o'clock - and 23.00-06.00 clock.
We expect that your activities will not provoke discontent other residents,or neighbors.
Before checking out the staff will check the condition of the room. Damages, or extremely disorder, will be reimbursed .

How to get to Rovinj? Rovinj is 37 km away from Pula airport . Modern roads connect Rovinj with important traffic routes in Croatia
The bus station in Pula is 4 km away from airport, the buss for Rovinj . is every 1 hour.
When you arrive in Rovinj, the direction is street 'Istarska' to restaurant 'Pineta' Our house is behind this restaurant, ( violet color).

We can also arrange the pick up directly from Pula airport for you with modern van vehicle (4 people min.-12 people max). Contact us after booking if you are interested for arranging this.
