We (me and husband) booked superior room online, but when we were actually came there the room was like more inferior room, we felt claustrophobic. Bathroom was very tiny and the bedroom also very small. There's almost no space between the bed and tv. The phone was not on the bed pedestal but is on the side unit (2 meters away from d pedestal) which is rather weird (first time i see this kind of set up). Every hotel we have bn to is always provide 2 pairs of slippers and 2 toothbrushes, here there was only one of each.
Also, the hotel should put netting behind the curtain, we always hv to keep the curtain close bcos ppl can see into d room (this apply to all room).
Bottom line, since we're not happy wit the room, then we upgraded to executive room. The room was very spacious more to family room, they provide you with two king size bed, but however we found that: this is executive room and theres no hot water connected to the basin, how weird and bad is that. There is no room service menu in the room, the tv channels are very limited and bad choices.
The breakfast was ok but not too bad aswell.
The staffs were friendly, polite, helpful and responsive to what you ask, they always greet you wherever you go, but they just need to be trained to speak english more fluent.
We very impressed with the entrance architecture but more resources sholud be spent on providing comfortable decent facilities.
