About London Family Home

Beautiful upscale 2 story 5 bedroom/3 bath residence on private beautifully landscaped property. Great location! Minutes to Los Angeles buses, shopping, restaurants, theater.

Fully air conditioned and heated. Very comfortable/quiet rooms. Twin bed, desk with chair, lots of closet and drawer space. Choice of room with sofa and cathedral ceilings. Lots of natural light. Use our kitchen and laundry. Extra refrigerator just for guests.

Dirty, smelly (bad odours) Messy and untidy. Mrs Londen is a rude, over powering and nasty individual. Keeps on asking questions about personal matters and walks into a room without permission. 2wks was more than enough and I left with a bad taste in my mouth. Dog eats from the table and never stops barking. Dining room table always clutered with papers and magazines,. so eating at home is not an option. She has the television so high, that it's impossible to get a good nites rest. Constantly raising her voice at her husband in front of me which made an akward and uncomfortable situation to be around. Don't expect your deposit back. I have a good mind to contact housing and inform them of many other malpractices I noticed going ojn at this house.

The photos were deceiving. I booked last minute while I was in London on my way back to Australia.
The place is cluttered with papers and books. Sharlene(The lady who owns the house) is constantly in your face and business. I actually caught her in my room one time.
I arrived to find dirty sheets. I was horrified. She kept my deposit my charging me for things like
Hot Water use, refrigerator space,trash pick up.... I was really bothered but with only a few days I thought it was just the American way. I found out later I got really screwed.
Oh and the husband is a major alcholic so that is another issue I had to deal with in Los Angeles.
